Disney Opens Another Outlet For Popular Dole Whip Desserts
Dole Whip lovers have a new outlet at Walt Disney World.
The popular pineapple-flavored, soft-serve concoctions are now available at Pineapple Lanai, a small, new eatery at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The walk-up counter is just outside the back door of the Great Ceremonial Hall, the main entryway of the hotel.
The menu is limited. Visitors can purchase the soft serve — pineapple, vanilla or a swirl of both — for $3.99. A pineapple float (soft serve with pineapple juice) costs $4.99. Souvenir tiki-style bowls bring the total to $8.79. Pineapple Lanai sells bottled water but no other beverages. If you want some rum with your Whip — as has been offered at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival — you would need to visit the bar upstairs.
