A Review of Flying Fish Cafe at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort
In 2009, my husband Barry and I ate at the Flying Fish Café during our honeymoon and did not have a great experience. I recall the restaurant being loud, hectic and crowded. We were seated at a small two top in the middle of the restaurant next to the server station, and we were also rushed through our meal. While the food was good, our experience was subpar. These former members of some of the greatest Drum Corps of all time entertain park guests several times a day and can usually be found near Innovations East AND West. New Discoveries: School Bread
One of the things that I love so much about Walt Disney World is knowing that there is always something new to discover, a surprise right around the corner, a new experience that I am about to have. Such is the case this past weekend when I had the pleasure of discovering a new-to-me taste experience: school bread from Kringla Bakeri og Kafe from the Norway Pavilion at Disney’s Epcot. School Bread is a sweet, donut-like pastry filled with vanilla custard and covered with coconut. And it has a VERY unique taste.
