25 Days of Disney Christmas Day 18 – Art of Animation Christmas Tree and Ornaments
With the opening of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort this past year, I was very excited to see how they would decorate for Christmas. Though the decorations are a bit spartan, the decorations, like the resort, are more than meets the eyes.
Here is the main Christmas tree in the lobby of the resort.
It looks very similar to the tree over at the Pop Century Resort, including the “Happy Holidays” sign in front of the tree. But when you step closer, you see some uniquely Art of Animation ornaments throughout the tree.
Inside the tree you can find hand drawn animations of Ariel from the Little Mermaid, Simba from The Lion King, and Luigi from Cars. It’s a great way to decorate this tree and ties into the theme of the resort perfectly!
