Disney·Pixar’s “Cars 3” Tour Plans a Pit Stop at Disney Springs
The third installment of the popular “Cars” film franchise is set to arrive in theaters on June 16th in 3D, but fans can get an early glimpse of the story, which stars longtime favorite Lightning McQueen alongside new characters Cruz Ramirez and Jackson Storm, when the “Road to the Races” nationwide tour kicks off March 23-26, 2017 at Disney Springs Marketplace.

First Look: New Oil Can Sippers Coming To Cars Land In Disney California Adventure Park
Soon, you’ll be able to fuel up with these brand-new oil can sippers. You may be familiar with the Dinoco oil company from Disney•Pixar “Cars” (note the gas pumps and oil cans outside of Flo’s V8 Café). Look for these fun souvenir items when they “check in” at Cozy Cone Motel in Cars Land for the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration 24-hour event on May 22. And if you’re a fan of the Cars Land cone sippers, be sure to pick one up before they drive off into the sunset to make way for the new oil can sipper.

Disney Plans Third ‘Cars’ Movie and Second ‘Incredibles’ Film
Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger disclosed Tuesday that Pixar is working on a new Cars movie and a new Incredibles film. He also said Frozen is close to surpassing Toy Story 3 as the biggest animated film of all time, and that the next Star Wars movie will pick up 30 years after the events in 1983’s Return of the Jedi, a timeframe that conceivably would allow Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher to play aging versions of their iconic characters, though Iger only hinted at such possibilities. “There will be some very familiar faces along with a trio of new young leads,” Iger said. “The team is well…
