The Avengers 2: Ultron Design and Origins Officially Revealed
Long-time Marvel Comics readers will be delighted to see the faithful adaptation of Ultron’s design, but keep in mind that actor James Spader (The Blacklist) is performing motion capture and face capture for his role. He’s not just the voice of Ultron so either that robotic face depicted above opens up to reveal something akin to Spader’s real look or Ultron, in his efforts to become stronger, continuously upgrades himself/evolves and we get a slightly more humanoid version later. Disney XD Japan Showcases ‘Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers’ Anime Series
While TV Tokyo has been showing the Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers since it debuted on April 2nd, Disney XD Japan is getting in on the game now as well since it’s broadcasting on the network on Sunday mornings at 9am. The channel is making a new push for the show in promoting it as part of their growing boys lineup. Produced by Toei Animation, the series is a change of pace for Marvel properties in Japan that have largely been done by Madhouse, who was working on the just released Avengers Confidential special.
