“Disney’s Lion King” cast hosts charity event in Atlanta
As the award-winning Broadway musical “Disney’s The Lion King” approaches its final week at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, the cast gives up its last day off to perform for a cause.
The cast will perform: “The Lion Sings Tonight,” a benefit at the Rich Theatre at the Woodruff Arts Center. All proceeds go to the Joining Hearts and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS organizations.
