Scare Up a Little Halloween Movie Review with Walt Disney Pictures’ Frankenweenie
Disney and Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie blends the story of a boy and his dog with ‘old school’ monster movies to bring us the perfect movie for this time of year. Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie Has a New Trailer
Tim Burton (“Alice in Wonderland,” The Nightmare Before Christmas”) brings his new feature-length ‘stop-motion’ animation film “Frankenweenie,” to theaters this Fall. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life. He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor’s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new “leash on life” can be monstrous. I’m really looking forward to this movie. I’m a huge fan of Burton’s animation team and the story touches on some real deep emotions. Frankenweenie opens on October 4th 2012.
