Officially opened on November 19, 1971, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is one of the original resorts built when Walt Disney World Resort opened. Located on 600 beautiful acres, Fort Wilderness contains 784 campsites and 409 cabins for guests to enjoy.
