‘UP! A Great Bird Adventure’ Debuts at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
The new “UP! A Great Bird Adventure” show officially debuted on April 22, Earth Day, to coincide with the start of 20th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
The 25-minute show features Senior Wilderness Explorer Russell and his furry friend Dug, from the Disney•Pixar animated film “UP,” as they discover bird species from around the world. Led by senior Wilderness Explorer Anika, “UP! A Great Bird Adventure” features a close-up look at various bird species from around the globe – including the marabou stork with an impressive 10-foot wingspan.
