Brenton Thwaites To Co-Star With Johnny Depp In ‘Pirates Of Caribbean 5′
After reading actors last week for the highly coveted role, Disney and Johnny Depp look to have found Jack Sparrow’s new mate. Brenton Thwaites is in final negotiations to co-star opposite Depp in “Pirates of the Caribbean 5.” Thwaites will play a British soldier in the pic. Javier Bardem is also talks to play the villain with Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg, who got their sea legs with “Kon Tiki,” directing. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing. Pre-production on “Pirates” is already under way in Australia, where the big-budget sequel will be shot. The film will bow in July 2017. Disney Reveals Plans To Build A Toy Story Hotel
It is the perfect destination for Buzz Lightyear and Woody fans. Disney has unveiled plans to build a Toy Story themed hotel – but you’ll have to travel to over 5,500 miles across the globe to stay there. Few details have released about the top secret project, but the Disney Insider blog revealed some official concept art, which gives an insight into what fans should expect. One image shows that the building exterior will feature the clouds found on the wallpaper in Andy’s room; while a centre courtyard will display a statue of the ball featured in the movies. Morimoto May Not Be The Only Celebrity Chef Coming To Disney Springs
Chef Masaharu Morimoto may not be the only celebrity chef cooking up a new concept for Disney Springs, as rumor has it that the dining and entertainment district is courting another award-winning chef to add to its line-up. Sources told Orlando Food Blogger Scott Joseph that Chicago-area Chef Rick Bayless is in negotiations to bring a new restaurant brand to the revamped Downtown Disney. Bayless specializes in Mexican cuisine and is known for his the Frontera Grill and Topolobampo restaurants.
