‘Captain America: Civil War’ Begins Shooting In Atlanta
Well, that didn’t take long. Less than a week after Marvel Studios’ superhero showdown “Avengers: Age of Ultron” hit U.S. theaters, principal photography has begun on “Captain America: Civil War.” Corporate parent Disney announced Thursday that the sequel to “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is shooting in Atlanta, with brothers Anthony and Joe Russo once again directing. (Joss Whedon helmed “Ultron.”) Set for release May 6, 2016, “Civil War” also will film scenes in Germany, Puerto Rico and Iceland. Read Full Article

Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man Officially Part Of ‘Captain America: Civil War’
It had been a rumor in all the normal places but Marvel has made it official: Paul Rudd is a part of the cast of Captain America: Civil War, which is starting principal photography today in Atlanta. Rudd of course plays Scott Lang/Ant-Man in Marvel’s Ant-Man, which comes out July 17. That will set him up for Civil War, which has a May 6, 2016 release date. The third installment of the Captain America franchise will also shoot in Germany, Puerto Rico and Iceland. Captain America 3 starts production in April – and it doesn’t look like it’s shooting in the UK this time, either… Production has wrapped on Marvel Studios’ two features for 2015 – Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Ant-Man – and so attention turns for a minute to the next of its movies to go before the cameras. Marvel Pits Captain America & Iron Man In A Cinematic Civil War
Come 2016, it’ll be hero vs. hero as Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” erupts onto the big screen! Chris Evans will once again reprise his role as Captain America, joined by Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man and Chadwick Boseman, who will make his big screen debut as the Black Panther in the film.
