‘Captain America: Civil War’ Begins Shooting In Atlanta
Well, that didn’t take long. Less than a week after Marvel Studios’ superhero showdown “Avengers: Age of Ultron” hit U.S. theaters, principal photography has begun on “Captain America: Civil War.” Corporate parent Disney announced Thursday that the sequel to “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is shooting in Atlanta, with brothers Anthony and Joe Russo once again directing. Captain America 3 starts production in April – and it doesn’t look like it’s shooting in the UK this time, either… Production has wrapped on Marvel Studios’ two features for 2015 – Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Ant-Man – and so attention turns for a minute to the next of its movies to go before the cameras.
