I have yet to see the value of this event. Not interested in free cookies or cocoa. The parade can be seen closer to Christmas, and isn’t anything special, the best elements of it are old and we’ve seen them many times. Snow on main street? Ha, we live in a place that gets >4′ snow every year & Shows are boring.

With MNSSHP there is trick or treating, a parade that is not seen during normal days and characters are absolutely everywhere. Not to mention lines are quite short as everyone is “trick or treating”.

I can appreciate your comments. I lean toward MNSSHP myself. But, to be fair, at MVMCP there is also a special fireworks show, a special Castle Stage Show, Holiday themed entertainment throughout the park and there are also characters out in Holiday attire. As for the snow, I used to live near Cleveland… I get it. but it doesn’t snow very often in Florida, especially at Disney, so I can see where it is a really nice addition. Plus, with this snow, you can still wear shorts and flip flops.
