Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger disclosed Tuesday that Pixar is working on a new Cars movie and a new Incredibles film. Lost Walt Disney Film From 1927 Featuring Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Found In Norway
A long-lost film by Walt Disney was recently found in a very unlikely place: a library in Norway near the Arctic Circle. The 1927 film is called “Empty Socks” and features Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, a character created by Disney and Ub Iwerks before Mickey Mouse. It’s also the first Christmas film ever made by the company, and was found in the National Library of Norway in Mo i Rana. ‘Avatar’ Ride Coming To Life At Disney’s Animal Kingdom
There are many perks to running the Walt Disney Co. It turns out one of them is getting to be the first to ride the winged beasts that will be one of Animal Kingdom’s signature rides when “Avatar” land opens inside the Walt Disney World theme park in 2017. ‘Finding Dory’ Plot And Setting Revealed By Pixar President
The highly anticipated “Finding Nemo” sequel, “Finding Dory,” will largely focus on … well, Dory. In their humble abode, or reef, Marlin, Nemo, and Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres, again) live together in the film set about six months after its predecessor, Pixar President Jim Morris said recently at the Comic-Con Experience in Brazil, Comic Book Movie reports via Omelete. “The movie will be mostly set at the California Marine Biology Institute, a huge complex of sea life rehabilitation and aquarium, where Dory was born and raised,” he said.
