New Discoveries: School Bread

One of the things that I love so much about Walt Disney World is knowing that there is always something new to discover, a surprise right around the corner, a new experience that I am about to have.  Such is the case this past weekend when I had the pleasure of discovering a new-to-me taste experience: school bread from Kringla Bakeri og Kafe from the Norway Pavilion at Disney’s Epcot.

School Bread is a sweet, donut-like pastry filled with vanilla custard and covered with coconut.  And it has  a VERY unique taste.  I had heard about it from several friends and decided to give it a try.  I was not disappointed.  In fact, it was large enough for Sarah and I to split one, and still have more than enough of a snack.
