Master Chef Kevin Dundon has created the four-course menu for this meal, celebrating the Summer Solstice with fresh, seasonal flavors. Wines that complement each dish’s flavors have been chosen for each course. Celebrating the Summer Solstice is a time-honored tradition and marks the official start to summer.
